SC Environmental adds to the Sales and Service Staff

SC Environmental LLC, Mequon, WI, is pleased to announce the addition of Trina Abramski to its sales and service team at its Addison, Illinois facility.  Trina brings with her nine years of experience in the trash management and recycling industry.  In addition to her experience in the waste and recycling industry she spent nine years in the telecommunications industry in technical support and customer service.

“As we continue to grow here in the Chicago area we will be able to utilize Trina’s previous hands on experience as Senior Account Manager at Facility Environmental Management,” says co-owner Mike Carver, who is based out of Illinois.  While there she was instrumental in designing and managing a sustainability program that implemented a zero waste policy for her accounts nationwide.

Abramski will be responsible for assisting and supporting our existing and future customer base in the service and parts department.  “Trina’s experience in the Trash Management Business will make for a smooth transition here at SC,” says Mark Rooney, Parts and Service Manager.

SC Environmental LLC adds service out of our Wisconsin location; Welcome Jeff Gray!

SC Environmental LLC is pleased to announce that Jeff Gray has joined the company as an Installation and Service Technician based out of our Mequon, Wisconsin location.  He will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of all recycling systems and equipment for our new and existing customers.

Gray comes to SC Environmental from J-Mec Welding and Installation, where he worked as an equipment installer/service technician for the past 5 years.  His previous experience with different types of compactors, balers, conveyors and other recycling equipment allows Jeff a smooth transition into his position at SC.

His diversified background in electrical, hydraulic power units, metal fabrication, welding, and maintenance over the past 17 years adds strong mechanical skills to our growing service department; allowing our customers to receive a level of service that distinguishes SC as the premier recycling equipment and service company in the Midwest. “Jeff’s strong leadership qualities and knowledge of recycling equipment will make him a valuable asset to an already strong team”, says co-owner Mike Carver.

SC Environmental welcomes Rick Gatlin to the Service Department

SC Environmental LLC, is pleased to announce that Richard Gatlin has joined the company as Service Technician. He will be responsible for the installation, servicing and repair of recycling systems for our customers located in the Midwest.

Rick brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge that will further enhance our Service and Parts Department.  Rick has been involved on the manufacturing side of the business for the past 8 years; working on the installation and service of large Single Shaft Shredders and Shredding Systems.  He was also actively involved on the production side of building the shredders when not in the field.  Rick’s experience at Cresswood Shredding Systems allows him to use his manufacturing background to assist in the refurbishing, servicing and repair of our recycling equipment and systems.

Rick has over thirty years of experience in Project Management, Welding, Hydraulics, Electrical Wiring, Cylinder Rebuilds, System Controls, PM’s, Site Rigging and Field Service.  “We are excited to have Rick Join our team,” Mark Rooney, Parts and Service Operations Manager says.  “He is extremely talented and brings great industry knowledge to our team.”

SC Environmental, LLC continues to expand its sales and service facility in Addison, IL.

Mark Rooney has joined the service team as Parts and Service Operations Manager.  Mark will provide increased support to new and existing customers for parts, wire and service scheduling.  He also will assist with shop management, parts inventory and equipment rebuilding services.  Shaun Murphy has joined the department as a Service Team Leader for on-site field service.  The Company purchased a 10,000 square foot office, service and warehouse facility last summer as a base of operations for the service department and workspace for storing and reconditioning used equipment.

Joining the Sales team is Bruce Ekhoff, who previously was employed as Regional Sales Manager for Excel Manufacturing in Rochester, MN.  Bruce will relocate to Chicago and will concentrate on new and used equipment and system sales in that region.  “The addition of these industry veterans will provide a solid foundation for our growth in 2012 and beyond as The Premier Recycling Equipment and Service Company in the Midwest” said co-owner Mike Carver.
